My computer appears to be on go slow but hopefully this posts. Must be the heat and it’s going to carry on throughout the weekend!😎

💐The Lavender Field is open this Friday 16th & Saturday 17th August 11am - 4pm with PYO bunch of lavender available or we have ready picked dried bunches as well as refreshments, gifts, lavender plants, toilets and dogs are welcome. There are a few varieties still flowering so you can pick a mixed bunch if you wish. The main variety in flower is this Dutch Lavandin. Larger and paler with a stronger scent and I think the more muted shades suit the late summer light. Pictured here I don’t think my photography does it justice.

🎪*WE ARE CLOSED ON. SUNDAY 18TH AUGUST as we have a stall at Herts & Essex Country Fair S69 0AT 10:30am - 5p. It’s a lovely show for all the family with heavy horses and a dog show so do come along and say hello.

We are back open as usual next Friday - Sunday
